I placed an order which I received in pretty good time, but the brand didn’t suit me, the very same day I sent an email to request instructions on how to return my items, it’s been 9 days, 4 emails, 2 Contact forms and 2 AI chats and I still have not received instruction how to return my items, this is highly frustrating, a waste of my time and terrible customer service. I normally write only positive reviews as I understand life has its challenges, but there is no excuse for this terrible service, I’m left with items I do not want, don’t fit and no way to return them, whilst my money stays in their bank account. I do not recommend buying from this brand, if you want to return your items.
